چکیده
Coastal lagoons are shallow water masses, discredited from the marines as a barrier that permits to change through one or more inputs. These fragile ecosystems have specific type of sediments with their own characteristics. Biogeochemical processes, mostly intervened by benthic microbial loop, significant for understanding relationships among lagoon and contiguous coastal partition. This study was conducted in Çakalburnu Lagoon (İzmir) area, which is located at Bay İzmir area covers 67 hectares. The aim present constitute determining number different communities sediments. We collected samples 7 stations we applied Real-time qPCR assay determine levels archaea (ARC), methanogenic (MCRA), anaerobic methane oxidation (ANME 1, ANME 2a, 2c), bacteria (BAC) sulfate-reducing (SRB2) study. amount maximum abundance archaeal bacterial 16S rRNA gene 2,66x1010 copy numbers/g 3,89x107 numbers/g, respectively. So, it established intense characterization diversity comprehension biological fundamentals ecosystem. data presented our contributes studies on preserving ecological microbiological balance biogeochemical cycles sensitive such lagoons. research will be seasonal annual groups future.

Assessment of HCV Infection in Suspected Orphans Newborns by Real-Time PCR and HCV-Core Ag-Elisa
Background & Objective: HCV infection may be transmitted from an infected mother to her fetus in a low percentage however, it is the most important route of infancy HCV infection. The chance of HCV transmission in HIV/HCV co-infected mothers is higher than that in HCV mono-infected ones. The aim of this study is to assess HCV infection status in orphan newborns in Shiraz, Iran by quantitative P...
متن کاملDetection and enumeration of Cryptosporidium oocysts in environmental water samples by Real-time PCR assay
Introduction: The protozoan parasite, Cryptosporidium Spp., widely spreads in both raw and drinking waters. It is the causative agents of waterborne diarrhea and gastroenteritis in the world. In the present study, a molecular assay was used for the detection and quantification of Cryptosporidium oocysts in environmental water samples. Materials and methods: Thirty surface water samples wer...
متن کاملQuantitative Assessment of WT1 Expression by Real Time Quantitative PCR in Pediatric Patients with Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia
Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is one of myeloid malignancies which the risk increases with age increment. It is categorized based on genetic aberrations. Some of these genetic disorders can determine minimal residual diseases (MRD) and prognosis of AML patients. Wilms tumor (WT1) over expression is found in AML patients. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of WT1 ove...
